Who is the company?

UFA SERIAL DRAMA GmbH, part of the Hashtag Daily Initiative, is setting new standards in digital entertainment with its web TV series format “Afterglow - Alles nur Show?”. This innovative project combines youth culture, current social media trends and lifestyle in a unique entertainment format that was developed specifically for distribution via social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Hashtag Daily faced the challenge of increasing the visibility of its groundbreaking series formats in an oversaturated digital environment.

The goal was, “Afterglow - Everything just a show?” to establish yourself as a pioneer in social media entertainment and build up an engaged audience base.

target

The destination for “Afterglow - Alles nur Show?” included increasing brand awareness and audience loyalty through strategically developed landing pages and an effective multi-channel funnel. The campaign aimed to maximize visibility and efficiently increase conversion rates by combining PR and search engine marketing.

- 41% view-through rate compared to the global entertainment average of 15%, a significant

DataCraft, Cloud Command, and Masters of Marketing (MoM) are educational providers. Your course offerings aim to familiarise participants with the most important technologies and methods in the respective subject areas and to prepare them optimally for the requirements of the job market. As a partner for digital growth, the Apiron Group was able to continuously accompany and support all three companies in acquiring course participants.

The companies were just like many other training providers at this stage. In the course of rapidly developing and increasingly complex digitization, the question was how best to achieve visibility in the market and continuous generation of course participants in order to achieve individual goals and the desired company growth.

The aim was to become visible in the long term, to generate attention from potential course participants and finally to convince them to take part in the course.

In this way, sales stability should be created, a sustainable stream of participants established, and the available marketing budget should be used efficiently.

The Mühldorf Eye Center, part of the Sanoptis Group, offers comprehensive medical eye treatments. With a wide range of services from consultations to operations, the Center is committed to improving patient care. Apiron Group supported the center in digitizing and optimizing its processes.

initial situation

The Mühldorf Eye Center struggled with confusing booking tools and inefficient processes, which led to poor patient experiences and missed sales opportunities. The need for digital transformation was obvious to meet the challenges of modern patient care and set themselves apart from competitors.

target

The main goal was to attract more patients, increase sales and improve the efficiency of the sales process through digitization and process optimization. A particular focus was on simplifying the patient experience, speeding up sales processes and establishing a data-driven analysis to assess the profitability of various measures.

The results for the Mühldorf Eye Center showed a significant increase in the conversion rate from consultations to preliminary investigations by 83.23%, while the bounce rate dropped by 35.86%. Despite a 10.57% increase in costs per consultation appointment, a higher quality of leads was achieved. Costs per preliminary investigation fell by 39.67%, which reflects a more efficient use of the advertising budget and led to a positive overall result.
